Operational sequence

How it works

Every order moves through the same fixed sequence. No stage is optional, and no stage can be skipped. This is not a list of features — it's the actual operating process, and each stage exists to close a specific gap: an unclear brief, an unaccountable reviewer, an untracked decision.

  1. 01

    Client

A jewelry business submits a production specification — reference geometry, stone requirements, manufacturing constraints. No relationship with a specific designer is required or possible at this stage.

  2. 02

    Platform Review

The requirement is checked for completeness and quoted. This is a control point, not a formality: work does not start on an ambiguous or unpriced brief.

  3. 03

    Designer Assignment

The order is assigned to a designer who has completed onboarding and accepted the platform's operating agreement. The client never learns who the designer is; the designer never learns who the client is.

  4. 04

    CAD Production

The designer works the brief inside the platform. Files, revisions, and communication all move through the same identity-protected channel — nothing is exchanged off-platform.

  5. 05

    Independent QC

Before a client previews anything, an independent reviewer — never the original designer, never identified to either party — checks the model against manufacturing and quality standards. This gate cannot be skipped.

  6. 06

    Manufacturing Validation

Beyond design correctness, the deliverable is checked for production readiness — the practical constraints of casting and finishing, not just whether the model looks right on screen.

  7. 07

    Delivery

The client receives the finished, QC-passed files. The full sequence of what happened and when is recorded and available — nothing about how the order was fulfilled is left implicit.
